They returned my call immediately, showed up on time to show us the prospective home, clarified the process of putting down a deposit and signing the contract, and were awesome at move-in time. There were a couple of minor issues at move-in, and it was an easy process to let them know about the maintenance request online using the renter’s portal-the plumber was there the next day, and problems fixed within 30 minutes. They have sent out surveys asking about our satisfaction with the rental process as well as the maintenance request, which tells me their leadership is ON POINT with seeking to provide excellent service. I can’t say enough about their friendliness-especially in our interactions with Tyler, and the ease of using their portal for communication and payment.
